When your planning application is approved, we will proceed to the technical design stage, where your vision will be transformed into a buildable model. We will provide highly accurate drawings and specifications for your Building Regulations application, as well as collaborate on structural calculations.

You will have a complete set of tender and construction drawings, as well as full specifications detailing all materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings, as well as your kitchen and bathroom designs. We will also invite builders to tender if you wish.

We will send you a 3D computer model of your project to explore on your phone, tablet, or computer, giving you a clear picture of how the space will look and feel, so you can be confident that what has been designed is exactly what you want.
